I have been practicing Pilates regularly myself since 2009, with a range of teachers and methods. My love of Pilates led me to begin teaching in the UK in 2012. I have worked with a variety of clients over the years; every age, both men and women, and also those recovering from injuries or experiencing chronic pain from a range of conditions. I have seen remarkable changes in my clients and nothing makes me happier than to hear how Pilates has improved their lives. For some of these stories please visit my testimonials page. I enjoy creating sessions tailored to specific individuals and therefore specialize in teaching small classes or private sessions.

I chose the name Compassionate Body Pilates because I believe that we can develop strength more effectively through a compassionate approach towards injury or chronic pain. All the exercises can be adapted for individual requirements and allow everyone to participate and improve at their own pace. I offer challenging and fun sessions, working to encourage each client to achieve their maximum potential.

I have taught for several years in a number of settings including the fine arts and mental health.
