Wayne Oliver, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Pilates and TRX Instructor, Personal Trainer

Philosophy
“My philosophy is to set a goals for my clients, both long term and short, using different techniques that involve strength training, circuit routines, cardio, and core work. Together, we achieve these goals. Each program I establish is an individual and comprehensive program designed to progressively improve your strength, flexibility, cardio stamina, and overall fitness.  Whether training occurs in a gym, the convenience of your home, or even a park; regardless of your situation, I strive to help you achieve your goal. It is called ‘Working Out’ for a reason; it’s hard work, yet the feeling of counting down the minutes is avoided through my desire and effort to make it a fun and enjoyable process for you!” – Wayne Oliver
