The Path of OWN

I’ve just been reflecting on what makes our wellness centre so unique. Part of it, is because we truly were pioneers of this holistic wellness concept in Niagara.

While this idea was on every street corner on the West Coast over 10 years ago, little Niagara just didn’t have anything like us yet. Such a diverse team under one roof since the doors opened in 2013. We have done so much since then, we currently offer, Naturopathy, Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, Money Coaching, Energy Work like Reiki, Reflexology, Essential Oils Therapy and Vibrational Sound Therapy. Added to these services, are things like Hot Stone Massage, Acupuncture, Allergy Testing, Skin Care and Bioflex Laser Therapy.

Through the years, we have humbly been trucking along and just doing our thing but it’s important to remember we’ve come a long way since those early days. The people and the services have evolved for sure. One thing hasn’t changed, our belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

It’s been a great opportunity to provide this niche to our great community.
